This month, we take a break from our usual features and columns and present to you our beloved annual photo issue! As senior editor Adrienne Battistella writes of the talented photo crew featured in this year's edition, “Their image diary from the past year shows this city from all angles—from street photography to live shows.” We hope this issue is a welcome treat, and easy on the brain in the most harrowing part of another New Orleans summer. As we enter Leo season we focus our aim towards liberation, and our tarot reading reminds us to stay the course (even if we can’t clearly see the road ahead).
